KHEER


Are you worried about how to make a delicious and a perfect kheer? Don’t worry. Here’s an easy recipe of a delicious and a perfect kheer.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of rice
1L milk
2-3 bay leaves
4-5 crushed cardamom
10-12 chopped Cashew
10-12 chopped Pistachio
10-15 kishmish
1 tsp Custard powder
2 - 2 ½ tbsp sugar

Step 1
In a medium flame, boil the milk for 10-15 minutes. While boiling, add 2-3 bay leaves, 4-5 crushed cardamom,1tsp custard powder and 2 - 2 ½  tbsp sugar. Mix all these in a medium flame.
Step 2
Add properly washed and soaked (at least for 15-20 minutes) 1 cup of rice in to it and let the rice to be cook properly for 15-20 minutes. During this add 10-12 chopped cashew, 10-12 chopped pistachio and 10-15 whole kishmish into it.
Step 3
After your  kheer is ready to it ,leave for cooling. Garnish it with some more dry fruits and enjoy it with your family and friends.
