INGREDIENTS
500g
mutton pieces
3-4
tsp coriander powder
5-6
curry leaves

tbsp oil

½ cup onion paste

cup yogurt

tbsp ginger garlic paste

cup tomato puree
1-2 tsp red chili powder
1
½ meat masala
Coriander

tbsp lemon juice

cup of warm water

Step
1
Begin
with marinating the mutton with ½ tsp turmeric powder , 1 ½ tsp coriander
powder, 1 tbsp lemon juice ,1 cup yogurt and salt to taste for ½ hour.
Step

Take
a pan, add 3tbsp oil. After 5-6 minutes,
add 5-6 curry leaves, 1 ½ cup onion paste and fry it until the online paste
become golden brown. Then, add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and again let it be fry
for 1-2 minutes. After this, add 1 cup tomato puree , 1 ½ tsp coriander powder,
½ tsp turmeric powder, 1-2 tsp red chili
powder and salt to taste. Sate all these
together for more 10-15 minutes in a low flame. Add marinated mutton and mix it
well in the pan. Add 2-3 cup of warm water and leave it to cook for 15-20
minutes in a very low flame.

Check
whether the mutton pieces become soft or not. If not, then add 1 more cup of
water and again leave it to cook in the same flame. For the finishing touch add
1 ½ meat masala.

Take
out your mutton masala curry in a serving bowl and garnish it with fresh
coriander leaves, sliced lemon and wept cream.
